I purchased one of windows thru Home Depot and one of window does not go up or lower, the slides are all lose inside the channels.

I have a brand new 80" x 60" replacement door The problem is the stationary panel is not tall enough to reach up into the top track. I was thinking that maybe an in cert was missing that installs in the bottom track.
