Need a replacement handle for PGT sliding door. PGT Patio Door Handle 13-466-3

The latch glide is 2.5" long and the hole for the latch is 13/16" wide and 5/16" high. The latch "keeper" (on the right side of both images) is 1-7/8" wide and 1.5" deep with the 13/16" channel for the latch. Please let me know what a minimum order on these will be. Thanks
